Not a member....$950 and includs a six month membership
• Each vendor is allocated a meeting table in the conference room where all meetings take place. The hotelier will move from table to table according to their schedule.
• Vendors will be allowed two (2) company representatives to participate in the event.
• Each meeting lasts 3 minutes.
• You will have a total of 15 meetings over the 2 hours.
The Meeting Schedule
On the registration form (below and/or online) each supplier is asked to select three (3) department heads that they would be interested in meeting.
• A personal meeting schedule is then drawn up for each company and distributed the week prior.
• A hard copy of the registration directory is given to all attendees upon arrival at the event.
• A confirmation letter will be sent upon receipt of your PAID registration with further details.
